Andrés Nadal Cristobal is Teacher in musical education for the UIB (1996), degree in Psicopedagogia (Educational Psychology) from the UIB (2000) and Doctor of Science Education at the UIB. It also is a university specialist in solving infantilies, youth and family conflicts (UIB) and university specialist in strategic management of schools (UNED).

He combines his work as an educational counselor at a secondary school with that of associate teacher at the UIB, teaching and research in the area of ​​Methods and Techniques of Educational Research, teach methods and techniques of educational research and analysis of data from the 2002-03. He has been Teacher of Psychology i Pedagogy of Higher Centers Alberta Gimenez (associated to UIB) from 2009 to 2014. He has published several books in the area of ​​MTIE and participated in various national and international conferences.

His current research lines are university teaching, conflict problems in the educational, social and the relationship of the family with the school
